How you think about business models is completely wrong!

As we all know, most beginner coaches start by focusing on 1:1 coaching. The concept of business models or offers doesn’t come to mind at all here for tons of them.
And over time, we end up getting fiiiilllleeeddd up with 1:1 clients, and a couple of things happen:
You reach an income limit and end up exchanging time for money
Not everyone can afford your 1:1. So you lose the opportunity to serve folks who desperately want to get introduced to you, but don’t have the budget.
You get into the “comfortable” zone and lose the adrenaline rush that comes with business (which should never happen, by the way. It’s dangerous)
**If only 1:1 suits you, and want to keep doing that, no problem! Of course, do it! But it should be a conscious choice. It shouldn’t be because of your fears, or just because you didn’t know that there were other options.
I’ve had so many friends asking me, “What do you mean, Shruthi? We simply coach, don’t we?!”
No! The best part about being a coach in this online creator economy is that you can be everything and anything! Not be defined by boundaries! Tap into what feels right to you, look into your lifestyle, and breeze ahead!
Here are some ideas to include in your business model:
1:1 coaching (Calls, messages, a mix of both) - packages or one-time offers
Miniminds
Masterminds
Cohorts (It can also be a collaboration with other coaches or on your own)
Group coaching programs
Courses/Mini-training
Products
Hot seat coaching offers
And many, many more!
I know of coaches who make 6-figures and don’t do 1:1s at all! While some only stick to 1:1 and cohorts!
The world is your oyster when it comes to your business model and how you lead your business. Everything at the end depends on your values, what kind of impact you wanna create, who you want to work with, in what setting, your revenue goals, working hours, lifestyle, and more! Everything depends on you!
Coaching time
Ask yourself the below questions:
Do you want to teach, coach, or mentor? Or a mix of both? In what settings?
What’s your time and energy bandwidth? Both are supremely important.
What do you love about 1:1? What do you love about groups? What do you not like about each setting? Can you create your own business model mixing up the positives of both situations?
How can you make your offers affordable for people to come into your universe while also having premium offers?
At what level do you hold each of your offers?
What sort of impact do you want to create And how deep How much trust do you have in your ability to transform people?
How do you want your work weeks and days to look like? Both are different. Think about it.
A disclaimer: Before releasing any offer, make sure to get an experience of the offer yourself. Especially group programs. For example, if you’ve never attended a cohort and a group coaching program,… and want to launch one yourself. Then it becomes a slight problem. Because you just don’t have an idea of what kind of experience to give your clients.
I talk about all this and more in the upcoming cohort of Soulfully Aligned Business Mastery!! Because your business model is a huge-ass part of your business! As a coach, it’s my job to show you the possibilities for your business and give you a slight ass push to run the business you adore, love, and are passionate about!!
The doors for the cohort close on Thursday at 12 pm IST. Gr b a spot below before time runs out!
