5 lessons I wish I knew before I started my healing journey
And an apologyđ

Okay, first things firstâheartfelt apologies for not being there for a while.
Last month, I was drowning in the powerful influence of eclipses, prompting me to take a step back and recharge.
My LinkedIn account (on which I was putting so much effort) got permanently restricted! I had to âbreak upâ with a mentor and a friend. My husband got severe ankle pain suddenly. And many things from my past came up on my healing journey.
I was devastated when all my efforts vanished just like that on LinkedIn. Especially with other things, it was a hard time.
This is what it felt like, hahaha.
It took me some time to come back, take 2 steps back, and realize that everything happens for a reason. And a couple of other incidents occurred, which made me realize how grateful I truly need to be:)
I'm finally ready for a fresh start!
Yes, I managed to create another LinkedIn account besides being restricted again. Let's build a new bridge together if you're open to reconnection. [Connect with me here.]
NEWSLETTER UPDATE!
If we have spoken to each other before, you know Iâve been on a spiritual awakening journey for months nowâŚand struggling to balance my logical brain and the woo-woo.
Somehow, there was this immense fear of âcoming outâ as a Spiritual Business CoachâŚwhich is the direction I see myself going in the future.
To be honest, I was hiding. Having these conversations only 1:1 with people and even finding clients into spirituality only via synchronicities and conversations.
But as the friction kept increasing, I realized I didnât wanna stay in the closet anymore.
I WANNA LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THE WOO-WOO STUFF AND THE AMAZING COMBINATION WITH BUSINESS!!!!
(Itâs so liberating to say [type] it out loud!)
So youâll be seeing a lot more about healing, emotions, human design, and how it correlates with your dream business!
Letâs get started, shall we?
5 Things I wish I had known before I started my healing journey
Embrace the beautiful synergy between your business and personal healing journey. They arenât two different poles. They're like these fibers intertwined, each supporting the other's growth.
I didnât realize it then, but after 2 years in business, I finally get what people mean now.
Hereâs what you need to know before stepping into a healing journey (I wish somebody had warned me then):
1. Embrace the Long Game: It's a Journey, Not a Destination
Picture it like a series of tunnels with light at every turn. Healing is a lifelong process, each step bringing you closer to your radiant core.
There have been days Iâve desperately wondered, âWhen will this stop??!! Is there any end?ââŚbut it took me a long time to realize that there isnât.
The weird part? Your healing journey is also one with no exits. Once you start, you just CANâT stop or go back (pause? maybe).
2. Navigating the Transition Phase: Patience, Dear Soul
At times, you might feel stuck in a frustrating transition phase. Remember, it's just a pit stop on your transformative journey.
For a long time, and sometimes even nowâŚI felt stuck between who I was (my past self) and who I so craved to be with all my heart (my future/higher self). But it is a path you must meander through; there is no shortcut.
Inside, the journey felt like shit for a long timeâŚbut looking back? I cannot believe how much growth that phase led me to!
3. Building Your Tribe: When Paths Diverge
As you evolve, so do your connections. Don't be disheartened if some dear ones drift away. It's a natural part of growth. Seek out those who are on a similar path.
The worst part? Losing them, or sometimes choosing to let them go, is fucking hard, okay?
But again, you realize you need to do it because you cannot relate or synchronize with them in any meaningful way at all. Then you wonder, âWhatâs the point? Why am I putting myself through this?â. And then slowly, gathering a lot of courage, you let them go.
Donât worryâŚthe people who get attracted to you through thisâŚbecome the best tribe you can ever get!
4. Embracing the Uncomfortable: Your Ticket to Blissful Heights
I knew the right choices are tough as hell. It's in this challenging space that true transformation takes root. Remember, it's better to be in an uncomfortable heaven than dwelling in a comfortable hell.
Along the path, youâll make so many choices thatâll make you puke in fear (extreme? Maybe!)âŚbut they are the right ones for you.
Those choices will make you stronger, create boundaries, form better relationshipsâŚand, most importantly, let go of your people-pleasing side and give lesser fucks in general.
5. The Cost of Healing: Time, Energy, and Investment
Healing can be expensive as hell because it involves more time, money, and energy than you can imagine, but itâs investing in yourself.
If you can afford it, take 1:1 help. Trust me, thatâs the best thing you can do! It transformed every aspect of my life (it didnât matter that it felt like I was selling my kidneysâŚbut it was worth it).
If youâre not in that position yetâŚjoin groups, get books, listen to podcasts and videos to get started.
Most importantlyâŚmeditate. Itâs a game-changer.

In a nutshell,
Remember that you are worth every step of this journey amidst your trials and tribulations. You'll face challenges, you'll navigate through rough waters, but in the end, you'll emerge stronger, wiser, and more connected to your true soul.
Your healing journey is the best thing you can do for yourself, your business, your family, and your life. You might not truly understand the long-term benefits todayâŚbut trust meâŚas someone in this journey for the past 3 yearsâŚgosh! Itâs worth it!
